The C.C. Group’s filter dust division

Safe disposal over decades

Filter dust (compounds of lime and fumes), flue gas cleaning mass and other hazardous wastes from incineration plants have a high level of contamination. The C.C. Group is one of the very few specialists in Germany that can safely dispose of such special industrial waste. We are the only filter dust disposal company to have proprietary access to mines, as the C.C. Group holds a share in the Bleicherode and Sollstedt stowing mines in Thuringia. In these mines, we can dispose of the filter dust in an environmentally safe way for many decades, e.g. through hydraulic stowing. The follow illustration explains this process:

The C.C. Group handles contaminated waste in a highly responsible manner. Our main priority is to protect both the population and the environment. Our commitment is valued not only by the people living in and around Bleicherode, but also by approximately 150 C.C. customers in Germany, Denmark, France, Italy and the Netherlands, for whom we dispose of filter dust.
